With the growing awareness of Global Warming and the environmental impact we all play on the the world, I have put together a new photography package for couples in search of a Green Photographer.
The Green Package includes our newest signature album, the Green Book. This album is produced by the industry leader in wedding albums and eco friendly books. All of the albums are FSC certified recycled, acid free, lignin free, and chlorine free. The pages are made with Solvent free pigment “giclee” inks. They even offer bonded leather made from tannery leather fibers which would otherwise be wasted. I will create a custom layout of your favorite images and have them printed in the flush mounted album.
To lesson our carbon footprint will will host your proofs online and thereby avoid the use of paper and harsh photographic chemicals. You can share the images with anyone, anywhere with your own private gallery.
The Green Package will include all of your images as digital files. They will include the print release, allowing you to print only what you need and avoid wasted materials. The Digital Files will be delivered in a RoHS certified USB Flash Drive. This eliminates the need for DVDs and CDs that are created with environmentally abusive substances.
I will make a donation to the EDF for the offset of the proof book.
All of my wedding and portrait packages will be using some of these standards. While the Green Book is more time-consuming and more costly to make, discriminating clients understand the value of a quality First Edition book over a mass produced product.
